Luxembourg universities are usually bilingual. The students who want to study medicine in Luxembourg do not have to take an entrance exam. The applicants with a 12-year diploma, a C1 degree in German or French, and a university grade point average can apply for admission to the University of Luxembourg. Luxembourg is one of the wealthiest countries in Europe, so the living expense for medical students is high. The average cost of studying in this country varies from 600 to 17,000 euros per year. We do not recommend you to study medicine in Luxembourg because:
- Medical education in Luxembourg is possible only for three years (bachelor’s degree).

You can immigrate to other European countries or Canada at a much lower cost or even for free. Also, the living expenses in the neighboring countries of Austria and Germany (the Czech Republic or even Hungary), is much lower than in Luxembourg.
