Buy property in Russia
Russia is one of the largest countries in the world and Moscow is its capital city. The residential real estate market in Russia experienced significant changes since the early 1990s. A booming economy has pushed up prices. Over the past 4 years’ modern apartments in the City Centre have become available.
The rental price is determined by the location, the condition of the building and the type of building. Today, an apartment in City Centre costs you 450 euros or more. Western apartments cost around € 1,000-1,600 per month and € 60-130 per day for shorter leases. In Moscow, the average cost of housing is € 500-800 / month and € 40-50 / day for short stays. Types of apartments

In a contract with a fixed period, the tenant can terminate the contract at any time, with a notice of 1-3 months. The landlord can terminate the contract on time unless the tenant is in breach of contract (i.e. if the tenant is unable to pay the rent for 6 months). In court, a tenant can be given up to a year to amend the violations that led to the termination of the contract. Usually, rent is paid on a monthly or a quarterly basis. In the elite housing market, rent can be in dollars and cash. With the permission of the landlord the tenant has the right to assign, sub-let or otherwise transfer his rights to the apartment. The tenant can also make changes to the property. Rent contracts for 1 year or more should be registered in the State Registration Office. This is a long procedure requiring the cooperation of both the landlord and tenant.
Cost of living in Russia
The cost of living and studying in Russia varies according to the city where the university is located and the degree and field of study that one is pursuing. Russia has provided some conditions to lower these costs for students, and students can benefit from these conditions by having a student card, which also includes a free public transportation system for students. Also in the dormitories, Utilities such as free internet and restaurants with reasonable prices, library and study halls have been provided for students in order to provide better conditions for foreign students.
The cost of living in Russia is between $ 300 and $ 400 a month. The daily cost of living in St. Petersburg and Volgograd is less than the cost of living in Moscow: the cost of living in Moscow is much less than the West (Excluding the cost of housing in Moscow).
