UAE citizenship through work
In order to apply for a UAE work visa, you need to have a letter of work invitation from the UAE (job offer). In this regard the employer in this country should send you this letter and the employer can only send this letter if he/she doesn’t find any suitable applicant for this job inside the UAE. After receiving this letter (job offer) you will receive a work permit from the UAE Labor Office which lasts for two months. In the UAE, the employer is responsible for taking care of all of the works that are related to your employment and even the costs that you will face in this process. Note that the applicant cannot bring his/her spouse and children with him/her at first and he/she can apply for their visas after receiving a work visa.
The low unemployment rate and No income taxes are the two main factors that are important in this country. The unemployment rate in this country is 1.7 percent, which is a rather low, but for those who want to obtain the citizenship of the UAE it is very important to pay attention to the fact that the UAE has certain laws due to the high demand for working in this country and can be said that it is a problem for immigrants, and according to this law immigrants do not get a long-term residence permit or the citizenship of the UAE through work, and the applicant must return to his/her home country after his/her contract is expired, and must renew his/her work visa. This is one of the problems that all people who are working in the UAE face.

The residence permit which is given to a person in order to study in the UAE depends on the duration of that person’s studies.
Studying in the UAE can be done in different educational levels such as bachelors, masters and PhD, which each one of these courses has a specific duration and their own requirements, for example, in the bachelors course, a person is not allowed to have companions with him/her, but in the masters and the PhD courses the applicant can have his/her spouse and children with him/her. The important thing to note is that studying in the UAE is expensive and it at least costs $ 12,000 a year for international students, which is higher than the cost of studying at many European and Canadian universities.
