The unemployment rate in Oman may be low, but the unemployment rate factor is not the only factor you should consider for migrating through work. Another factor to consider is whether you will be able to get a permanent residence permit after several years of working and serving the soceity of the destination country or whether that country accepts dual citizenship. Unfortunately, even with years of working in Oman, you will not be able to obtain a permanent resident permit and as a result, you cannot become a citizen of this country. In addition to that, as mentioned earlier, getting a job offer from Arab employers is a difficult thing to do. So according to these factors, you should look for countries that have all of these factors for migrating and getting a residence permit through work.
In countries such as Germany or Austria, you will not need a job offer to immigrate through work and you can enter the territory of these countries and look for a job yourself by getting a job search visa (job seeker visa). In addition to Germany and Austria, countries such as Canada and Australia also have very ideal conditions for obtaining a permanent residence permit and eventually citizenship through working, so that by working in these countries in for 3 to 5 years you can get a permanent residence permit and then after one to two years, you will become a citizen in these countries which are among the top countries in the world.
