Medical education in Colombia at first requires getting admitted to a university in this country. Generally, the requirements for studying medicine in Colombia are as follows:

Medical Education in Colombia and getting a visa
International students who want to study in Colombia must apply for a temporary Colombian student visa (TP-3). To apply for a Colombian student visa, you must apply at the Colombian consulate or embassy in the country of origin. It is also possible to apply online.
The documents that are required to get a Colombian student visa for medical education are as follows:
